Here’s How

To submit an event for Santa Ynez Valley and Los Alamos Valley-Wide Calendar, you’ll need to email the following information to our fabulous volunteer Jacqueline Wagstaffe:

SUBMIT:

  • Description: A short description of the event

  • Date

  • Time

  • Location

    • Name (if applicable, e.g. Veteran’s Hall)

    • Street address

    • City

    • Zip code

  • Link to website

  • Event contact information (e.g. email address, phone number)

Please ensure that your event meets our guidelines:

GUIDELINES:

Events may be public or private, for profit or not for profit, but should represent medium to large events with expected attendance of at least 50 attendees. They should also not be part of normal business operations. To submit a posting for the calendar, please visit this page.

EXAMPLES:

  • Acceptable Events: Danish Days, Santa Barbara Half-Marathon, Bacon and Barrels, Real Men Cook

  • Unacceptable Events: Weddings, birthday parties, wine tasting during regular business hours
