VALLEY-WIDE CALENDAR

SERVING THE SANTA YNEZ VALLEY AND LOS ALAMOS

Our Valley-Wide Calendar is a centralized calendar for large events occurring in our community. The chief goal of the calendar is to aid organizers so that large events are not scheduled on the same dates.

The Santa Ynez Valley Foundation is not the event organizer unless explicitly stated. Additionally, the Foundation bears no responsibility for the planning and execution of events unless otherwise specified.

 

GUIDELINES:

Events must be open to the public. Nonprofit and for profit events are elgible. They should encompass medium to large gatherings, expecting a minimum attendance of 50 individuals. Events that are part of normal business operations are ineligible. To submit a posting for the calendar, please visit this page.

EXAMPLES:

  • Acceptable Events: Community events such as Danish Days, Santa Barbara Half-Marathon; nonprofit events and fundraisers such as Vaquero Show, Harvest Gala, etc.

  • Unacceptable Events: Weddings, birthday parties, wine tasting during regular business hours
