On Thursday, April 1, 2021, Chef Michael Cherney and his wife, Sarah Cherney, owners of Solvang, California restaurant, peasants FEAST (www.peasantsFEAST.com), will celebrate their first year in business with a locally-sourced whole pig roast. 

The restaurant will close for regular service at 4:00 PM on April 1, when friends, fans, farms, and loyal community members are invited to join them for gratis cochinita pibil tacos on the patio*, with various craft beers and local wines available for purchase.
