Acclaimed Los Angeles chef and restaurateur, Neal Fraser, is bringing his BEEFSTEAK event from the big city to Alisal Ranch on Thursday, March 24, 2022. This carnivorous carnival will begin with passed hors d’oeuvres and a cocktail and wine reception at 5:00 p.m.. After the reception, guests will enjoy a sit-down dinner at 7:00 p.m. with an unforgettable feast. The guest attire is Western Black Tie, combining the rich history of Alisal Ranch and BEEFSTEAK (click here to learn more).

The event will feature live music from Doublewide Kings throughout the night. Respecting the grand history of Beefsteak, the final menu will be a surprise revealed at the event. Even vegetarians will be sated. Lovers of meat will be extremely sated. In traditional Beefsteak style, feasting tables will fit a minimum of ten people. If your party is fewer than 10 people you will be seated with others.
