There’s more to know than you think: fire management, wood selection, types of cuts (rib eye, top sirloin), timing cuts over oak, and more.

Bring your questions! We’ll also get into grilling other items such as turkey breast, roasted corn and cheese quesadillas, and a medley of vegetables including a demonstration of our famous Magic Stuff grilled artichokes.
