The 10,000-step walk (approximately 4.5 miles) will take place at Alma Rosa’s beautiful 628-acre Sta. Rita Hills estate, located north of Santa Barbara near the town of Buellton, Calif.

The airport authority estimates 1,000 people are expected to turn out for a day of free hot dogs and hamburgers and an education in aeronautics.

Storyteller Stina Fagertun comes from the fiords of Arctic Norway, where she has both written and collected fairytales from the Sámi, Kven and Arctic storyteller tradition.  Musician Ross Sutter, from Minnesota, plays and sings Scandinavian and American traditional and popular songs, He accompanies himself on guitar, dulcimer and button accordion.

What most people don’t know is that there are many different styles of Chardonnay from creamy, lee-stirred, oaked styles with super aging power to lean, tart and mineral-driven versions or Brunch-worthy sparklers!
